Life Update – April 2019

Every now and then it’s nice to get to know or have a catch up with the person behind the blog. There’s been some changes in my life and I wanted to share with you all a little life update. Nursery Life It’s been a bumpy road getting Alex settled into nursery life. He’s always enjoyed going but he was having some issues sharing and playing with others. Now he’s starting to make friends and get involved with class activities. At the moment we are on the Easter holidays (I know it’s early!) he keeps asking to go to nursery and see his friends. Where My Heads At – Life Update 

All week I’ve been trying to write this post about how my latest fibromyalgia flare has affected me mentally.  But I keep stumbling with getting the words out!  Every time I sit down to write my mind goes blank, maybe I’m preoccupied with other issues that are going on at the moment, or maybe I’m not ready to talk about my mental health during a flare.
