As the nights are getting that little bit colder. We go for recipes that are more comfort food.  Sadly I don’t cook as much as would like due to my illness but when I do have the energy to cook I go dos something like this Roasted Sausage and Potato Supper by the great Mary Berry. If your kids are anything like mine, trying to find snacks that are healthy and tasty are hard to find.  Alex is really fussy about fruit, he only eats grapes and although that is a great snack for him to have I would much prefer that he would try other kinds of fruit or healthy snacks instead of crisps.
